TANO Performance Group offers a range of specialised services designed to enhance your understanding of your body and optimise your physical performance. Our services include:

  • Tano Precision BodyMap™: Unlock elite performance with a complete body composition analysis, including fat distribution, lean mass assessment, and visceral fat measurement.
  • Tano Vital BoneGuard™: Advanced bone structure insight and injury prevention, focusing on bone quality and risk assessment.
  • Tano Apex Performance™: The ultimate health and performance assessment, combining the benefits of both Tano Precision BodyMap™ and Tano Vital BoneGuard™.

These services are tailored to high-earning professionals who seek to optimise their physical appearance, body fat, physique, and bone density. Specific terms may apply to each service, as detailed during your consultation.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals over the age of 18. We do not provide services to minors. Additionally, clients should be in a generally healthy condition to undergo body composition assessments and related services. Clients with specific health conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before scheduling an appointment.

3. Service Locations

All services provided by TANO Performance Group are conducted on-premises at our facilities. We do not offer remote or online services for these assessments, as the accuracy and effectiveness of our services require specialised equipment that is only available at our physical locations.

4. Appointment Booking

Clients can book appointments through our secure online booking system available on our website. This system ensures a seamless and efficient booking process. Bookings can be made up to 2 hours before the desired appointment time, subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment gateway. This upfront payment confirms your appointment and secures your time slot.

6. Deposits

A deposit is not required as full payment is made at the time of booking. This policy is designed to simplify the booking process and ensure that your appointment is confirmed without delay.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service fee.

8. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is permitted but may incur a fee of 25% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances.

9. Refunds

Refunds are available under certain conditions. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit towards future services at the discretion of TANO Performance Group.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for following all pre-appointment instructions provided by TANO Performance Group. This may include guidelines on fasting, avoiding exercise, and wearing appropriate clothing. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the accuracy of your results.

11. Health Information

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete health information prior to receiving services. This information is crucial for tailoring our services to your specific needs and ensuring your safety during the assessment process. All health data is collected in compliance with privacy regulations and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

12. Service Guarantees

TANO Performance Group strives to provide the highest level of service and accuracy in all assessments. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our services are designed to provide detailed insights and recommendations, but individual results may vary.

13. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our services, TANO Performance Group is not liable for any adverse outcomes or dissatisfaction resulting from our services. Clients are encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers before undergoing any assessments or making significant changes to their fitness or health routines.

Our assessments and recommendations are intended to complement your existing health and fitness efforts. We reserve the right to terminate a client's access to services for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with our policies. In such cases, clients will be notified in writing, and any prepaid services may be forfeited.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between TANO Performance Group and a client, we encourage the use of mediation or arbitration as a first step towards resolution. If necessary, disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, as our services are governed by UK law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Clients agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from these terms.

21. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, TANO Performance Group may offer promotions or discounts on our services. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion. All promotional offers are time-limited and non-transferable.
